I am logged into OTA on the Army Evaluator 3 App but cannot upload evaluations

Cause

This may happen if you are not assigned the role of Licensed Instructor or Licensed Examiner in the course.


Steps to Resolve

  1. Check Your Role in the Course

    • Contact your course administrator or training coordinator.

    • Ask them to confirm your role in OTA for the specific course.

  2. Update Role if Needed

    • If you are not listed as a Licensed Instructor or Licensed Examiner, request the administrator to assign you the correct role.

  3. Log Out and Back In

    • After your role has been updated, log out of the Army Evaluator 3 App and log back in.

  4. Retry Uploading Evaluation

    • Attempt the upload again. It should now work.
